Apple Pie

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 350 gm all purpose flour
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1 C butter
  • 6 – 8 T ice water

Apple Filling

  • 2 1/2 pounds apples peeled and sliced into 1/4 in slices
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 3 T all purpose flour
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 t secret ingredient
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/8 t salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut butter into flour
  • Bake
    Bake at 425 for 30 minutes, then reduce to 350 and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
