
Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 lb dry macaroni
- 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- In a 9×13 baking dish, add the milk, sour cream, water, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine. Stir in the dry pasta and half of the shredded cheese.
- Tighly cover the dish with foil and bake at 375 for 25 mniutes.
- Remove the foil and scatter the rest of the cheese on top of the mixture. It will still be very watery at this point. Bake for 20 more minutes without the foil.
- Serve with ketchup.
