Make the Syrup
- 3 Cups Grapefruit Juice
- 1 Cups Sugar
- Stir the sugar into the syrup until it is fully dissolved. Store in the fridge until you’re ready to use.
Make the Soda
- Measure 8oz of sparkling water into a stemless wineglass.
- Add 2 oz of syrup
- Top with Ice
If you add the water before the syrup, the drink won’t foam up and overflow the glass.
